IT'S JUST THAT, ALLEGEDLY, CERTAIN 'INTELLIGENCE' HAS PROFFERED THIS SCENARIO GIVEN INTERCEPTED SIGNALS FROM AN AMERICAN KNOWN CIA INSTALLATION IN THE UKRAINE.

"A grim Ministry of Defense (MoD) report released in the Kremlin today by the Security Council (SC) on the catastrophic crash into the Black Sea of an Aerospace Forces (AF) Tupolev Tu-154 airliner at 02:40 (GMT+3) while 1.5 kilometers (.9 miles) from its takeoff from Sochi International Airport was preceded by an as yet unexplained American Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) encrypted “burst transmission” occurring prior to this disaster by 23 minutes—and that “strangely/coincidentally” immediately redirected a US Air Force C-130 cargo plane from its original path over the Black Sea to the Romanian Air Forces 90th Airlift Base from NATO’s Incirlik Air Base in the Republic of Turkey.
According to this report, at 02:17 (GMT+3), a Coastal Troops (CT’s) electronic-intelligence station of the Black Sea Fleet, located in the Republic of Crimea, detected an encrypted “burst transmission” originating from Odessa, Ukraine, whose electronic technology was based on United States MIL-STD-188 military standards—that MoD experts in this report state combines a very high data signaling rate with very short transmission times, to compress messages, and that is widely used by various US military and CIA spies, who both wish to minimize the chance of their radio transmissions being detected. Most concerning, however, to MoD analysts tasked with the “investigation/examination” of this “burst transmission”, this report continues, was that its originating location in Odessa had previously been “targeted/marked” by the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) as being a CIA electronic listening post—but had “gone silent” after the election of President-elect Donald Trump when President Obama ordered the “urgent withdrawal” (РУС) of all CIA and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) personal from Ukraine for reasons still not explained."

~ RUSSIA SAYS THERE WAS NO EXPLOSION.
Flight recorders revealed no evidence of an explosion on board a Russian plane that crashed on Christmas Day, killing all 92 on board, but investigators haven't entirely ruled out terrorism.
Russian air force Lt.Gen. Sergei Bainetov, who heads the Defense Ministry commission conducting the crash probe, said that a cockpit conversation recorder contained the captain's words that indicated a "special situation" that began unfolding on board the plane. Bainetov wouldn't elaborate.
But asked if that means that investigators have ruled out a terror attack, Bainetov said "we aren't ruling that version yet."
"A terror attack doesn't always involve an explosion," he said. "Along with an explosion on board, there could have been some mechanical impact."

"A source close to the investigation told Life News of the exact final words uttered there.
In the final recording of the cockpit before the crash the pilot can be heard yelling “the flaps, damn it!” followed by “Commander, we’re going down!” according to Life News, citing its source.
That has not, however, been officially confirmed.
Several theories have been put forward for the crash.
A source earlier told TASS that one of the key theories as to why the plane crashed “is that foreign objects penetrated the engine,” adding that other possible causes, such as pilot error and technical failure, are also being investigated.

EYEWITNESS ACCOUNT:
A key witness to the tragedy is an employee of the FSB (Federal Security Service) Border Guard, who was on a speedboat near the Black Sea coast at the moment of the disaster early on Dec. 25, reports the Kommersant business daily, citing a source in the law-enforcement agencies.
The witness told the investigators that after take-off the plane immediately began to descend toward the sea instead of gaining altitude and that it appeared that it intended to land on the water. The plane's position was strange, said the witness: It was descending at a low speed with an unnaturally turned-up nose.
Kommersant writes that the border guard compared the landing aircraft to a motorcycle speeding on its back wheel alone. In an instant, according to the FSB source, the Tu-154 touched the sea's surface with its tail, which broke off upon impact, crashed into the waves and quickly sank.
Before the Tu-154 took off the pilots had told the flight dispatchers that the plane was "heavy." It was overloaded, something that could have led to the malfunctioning of the stabilizers and flaps, as well as to the fall of the engine thrust.

On Dec. 27 Svetlana Petrenko, the official spokeswoman of the Russian Investigative Committee, said that besides the FSB employee and other witnesses' accounts, the committee has a video recording of the plane's entire short flight – from take-off to disintegration. However, the Investigative Committee has not commented on the content of the video recording

Flight instructor Major Andrei Krasnoperov told Kommersant FM radio station, " They have even found a man near the coast who was injured by the falling debris. Which indicates that fragments of the aircraft were scattered as they were coming down, suggesting that the aircraft exploded in the air."
